There's a creative in all of us! What did you create during lockdown?

Photography, art, poetry, craftwork, story, whatever you've taken or whatever you've made, we'd love to see it and show to others.

Better times ahead for us all

2020 and the start of 2021 have been difficult and challenging but we can all look forward to better times ahead.

We should all be proud of the challenges we've faced and how we've coped with time away from friends and those we love.

For many of us, these past few months have given us time to explore our creative side, whether through photography, art or some other activity.

We'd love to show off your creativity

Send a photo of it to and just add your firstname and mark the email: My Creativity.

How have you explored your creative side during lockdown?

For example, Craig was one of a few young people selected from across the world to perform in an online mini-musical production of Les Miserabbits

Here's some photography from Aberdeenshire's Virtual Headteacher, Emma. This was taken during exercise time at Stonehaven.

This is another photo, this time from Angela when out walking in the Bennachie and Kildrummy Estate.

Here's another taken at Castle Fraser.

Perhaps you've started taking more photos.

If so, send us a photo you may have taken that you like.

A painting, a picture or some craftwork

Maybe it's some art or craftwork you've done.

If so, send us a picture of it.

A story or some poetry

Maybe you've written a story or even had a go at poetry.

If so, send us a copy.

We'd like to share it

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to share everything we are sent but we will do our best.  By sending it to us you agree to us sharing in online.

Send it to us by email to:
